Change is good, at least that’s what they say. Our team is proud of the IPA’s we’ve brought to you and even awarded by some hardware over the years. As per the style we’ve kept a balance of innovative flavours and aroma while still staying true to that ever so important ABV and IBU. Our closest friends, family and staff have been asking for a beer that isn’t a light session IPA, nor that big ass Imperial Monster… We’ve been asked to bring a beer that is somewhere in the middle. Lots of flavour and aroma, but also something that can be enjoyed by all. Like that important transitional fossil that defined it all, we hope that we have found that “Missing Link” in our IPA line up.

This beer has aromas of apricot, grapefruit and fresh flowers.
The taste has hints of fresh grass, with a smooth biscuit like mid palate and a pleasantly bitter after taste reminiscent of grapefruit pith.
