Our shipping objective is traceable, reliable and as fast as possible: We "ship" our fresh beer to your door.  Our objective is to get your beer to you within a window of 1-4 business days.  We've noticed that most of our deliveries are within 2 days in Ottawa and well under the 4 day window within all of Ontario.

Our deliveries are done by CANPAR . We currently have a shipping special which offers "Free Shipping" anywhere in the Province of Ontario for orders of 24 or more beer.  Simply enter the Discount Code FREESHIPPING into the discount box on checkout. This shipping special will run until midnight April 30th, 2020.

Our regular shipping is a flat fee of $10.00 shipping across Ontario for all orders over 24 Beer.  This shipping offer will resume after April 30th, 2020.

WHERE DO WE SHIP OUR PRODUCT?

We are unable to ship outside of Ontario, Canada. Should you be located outside the province of Ontario, we sincerely thank you for your interest and apologize for the inconvenience.  If you are ever in Ottawa please stop by our Taproom for a visit, we'd love to meet you!

HOW IS THE PRODUCT SHIPPED?

From grain to glass we want to guarantee the quality of the products we sell.  One of the ways to ensure that is through reliable packaging and shipping companies. We have selected CANPAR to fulfill all of our shipping needs.  All of the products that get shipped are packaged in reinforced corrugated cardboard with interior stabilization to help maintain a solid interior structure so there is no damage by the time it arrives at your door.

Anywhere in Ontario!

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

Orders placed before 2PM, will be processed and shipped out that business day .  Once it is picked up by our carrier the shipping is GUARANTEED to arrive at your door within 4 business days.  We've noticed that most shipments are arriving within 2 business days in the Greater Ottawa Area but the guarantee is within a window of 4 business days.

WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME TO RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT?

As we are shipping Alcohol, it is necessary for the person placing the order to be there to receive it (and please be prepared to provide proof of age when accepting the order).  If you won't be at the provided address to receive your shipment, it will not be left at your door and will be redirected back to the depot.  Another attempt will be made to deliver the package the following day.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH THE PRODUCT ONCE I RECEIVE IT?

Once the product is received, it must be refrigerated immediately.  Our craft beer is not sterile filtered nor do we pasteurize or add any preservatives to our products.  They are all natural and shelf stable but as it is a food item, beer should be treated with the same care as other food items.  Our beer will keep for as long as your taste buds feel it's up to what you expect.  At Overflow, we enjoy our beer and design it to be consumed within 90 days from the packaging date (located on the side of the can).  We would never sell you a can of beer outside of that 90 day window.

We pride ourselves in providing you with as much detail on the side of our cans.  That being said, pour in a glass with a decent amount of foam, sit back, enjoy reading the label and the artwork we've pulled togehter for each beer and story.
