Our deliveries and shipping are fulfilled by reputable and licensed delivery agents. We currently have 2 shipping methods:
"Fast Local Delivery (by Trexity)" for a flat rate of $8 anywhere in the Ottawa Area on standard orders.
"Ontario Wide Shipping (2-4 Business Days)" for a flat rate of $20 across the entire Province of Ontario on standard orders.
WHERE DO WE SHIP OUR PRODUCT?
We are unable to ship outside of Ontario, Canada. Should you be located outside the province of Ontario, we sincerely thank you for your interest and apologize for the inconvenience. If you are ever in Ottawa please stop by our Taproom for a visit, we'd love to meet you!
HOW IS THE PRODUCT SHIPPED?
From grain to glass we want to guarantee the quality of the products we sell. One of the ways to ensure that, is through our reliable in house fulfillment team and our prescreened local and provincial carriers. All of the products that get shipped are packaged in reinforced corrugated cardboard with interior stabilization to help maintain a solid interior structure so there is no damage by the time it arrives at your door.

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
For local same day delivery in Ottawa, all orders placed before 1:00pm EST will be processed and shipped out that same day, if it arrives any later than 1:00pm EST it will be processed & shipped out the following day - local shipping is processed during operating hours only, Tuesday-Saturday.
FOR LOCAL DELIVERY, DRIVERS WILL ASK FOR A PIN, THIS IS THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF THE PHONE NUMBER PROVIDED AT CHECKOUT.
For Ontario Province wide shipping orders, the order is processed and shipped from the Brewery before end of day. Once it is picked up by our carrier, your order will arrive at your door within 4 business days.
WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME TO RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT?
As we are shipping alcohol, it is necessary for the person placing the order (who is 19 years of age or older) to be there to receive it (and please be prepared to provide proof of age when accepting the order). If you won't be at the provided address to receive your shipment, it will not be left at your door. By law, the beer will be redirected back to the depot for shipping orders and a second attempt will be made the following day. If it is a Local Ottawa delivery, the beer will be returned to the brewery for you to pick-up.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH THE PRODUCT ONCE I RECEIVE IT?
Once the product is received, you should refrigerate it as soon as possible. Our handcrafted beer is not sterile filtered nor do we pasteurize or add any preservatives to our products. They are all natural and shelf stable but as it is a food item, beer should be treated with the same care as other food items. Our beer will keep for as long as your taste buds feel it's up to what you expect. At Overflow, we enjoy our beer and design it to be consumed within 90 days from the packaging date (located on the side of the can). We would never sell you a can of beer outside of that 90-day window.
We pride ourselves in providing you with as much detail on the side of our cans. That being said, pour in a glass with a decent amount of foam, sit back, enjoy reading the label and the artwork we've pulled together for each beer and story.
