BEER
- We do not allow returns of consumable products
- Empty cans can be returned to your local Beer Store
KEGS
- Keg deposit is refundable upon return of the keg
- Kegs can be returned at 2477 Kaladar Ave. with original proof of purchase
CONCERT & EVENT TICKETS
- Lineup, Date, Venue, Times and Ticket Price are all subject to change without notice.
- All tickets sales are final. Under any circumstances, there is absolutely no exchanges, upgrades, or refunds.
- Any tickets purchased by suspected resellers are subject to cancellation without refund.
- Tickets purchased through the official Overflow Brewing Company point of sale are valid and may be transferred to friends or family at the purchaser’s discretion. Please note that Overflow Brewing Company and its promotional partners are not responsible for verifying the legitimacy of tickets acquired through third-party exchanges or private transactions. For your security and peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing tickets directly from the official Overflow Brewing Company ticketing platform.
MERCHANDISE & OTHER ITEMS
- Shipping fees are yours to pay unless the return is deemed refundable.
- Packages and carriers are to be fully insured / bonded, otherwise items lost or damaged in the shipping process are not the responsibility of Overflow Brewing Company and will not be exchanged or refunded.
- You must notify Overflow Brewing Company of any return so that we will be expecting your package.
- Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
- Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent or dropped off within ten days of the delivery confirmation date.
- We allow ourselves the right to refuse any parcel not matching our criteria.
- If a parcel is refused upon delivery, related fees will be deducted from your refund. This includes, for instance, customs fees for international orders.
