No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided, except in the case of event cancellation. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who violates these terms and conditions or engages in inappropriate behaviour.

Liability: The venue is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to any person or property arising from attendance at the event. The ticket holder assumes all risks associated with attendance at the event, including but not limited to, risks of injury or illness from standing or sitting for an extended period of time. 

Overflow Brewing Co. concerts are typically standing room only to ensure there is enough room to safely move around the room, we do not take table reservations for concerts.

Any tickets purchased by suspected resellers are subject to cancellation without refund.
