Terms and Conditions for Limited Seating and Standing Room for Live Events

Seating and Standing Room: Please note that to accommodate as many live music fans as possible, we offer both limited seating and standing room at our shows. Seats are first come, first served.  We recommend arriving early (doors typically open 1 hour before the show), if you’d like to be seated during the performance.  Not all ticket holders may be provided with a seat, and the location of the seat cannot be guaranteed. The venue will make every effort to provide a safe and comfortable seating and standing area but cannot guarantee the availability of adequate space.  Please email the venue at info@overflowbeer.com if you have mobility issues.  

No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided, except in the case of event cancellation. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who violates these terms and conditions or engages in inappropriate behaviour. 

Liability: The venue is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to any person or property arising from attendance at the event. The ticket holder assumes all risks associated with attendance at the event, including but not limited to, risks of injury or illness from standing or sitting for an extended period of time. 

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event takes place. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction. 

By purchasing a ticket to the event, the ticket holder agrees to comply with these terms and conditions. The venue reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
