The story of the hoppy lager isn’t new, and this isn’t our first rodeo. But here at the Brewery, we’ve always been about pushing boundaries. Remember our IPL? A solid brew, but let’s be real—it was a Pilsner trying to be an IPA, with big flavours and high ABV masking that classic crispness we love.
Then there are Cold IPAs and floral Italian Pilsners. Fantastic styles, no doubt—but still not quite what we were after. We wanted something different: a beer that marries the best of our award-winning IPA game (looking at you, Fair Warning) with the timeless perfection of our Gold Medal-winning Bohemian Pilsner (a nod to you Rearview)
West Coast Pilsner enters 2024-25 with a bold mission: to deliver the drinkability and sessionability you crave, while packing that big, bold American aroma that beer lovers can’t resist, all wrapped up in a clean crisp finish.
